OLD BUSINESS:
There will be a

2003 at 11:30 a.m. in the 3rd
floor multi-purpose room.
This luncheon is sponsored by the
Board of Supervisors.
Letters will be going to the members
of the program very soon.
The Board voted today
to sign a year contract with Mossman’s for
our luncheons.
We are still hoping to go to monthly
luncheons.
John DeMario was not in attendance at
the meeting today. John is working on the deductions for the $5.00 luncheon
price and other final details.
The luncheons will be served on
disposable plates with disposable utensils.
This decision was made after the
luncheon committee put bids out to seven (7)
different businesses.
Only four (4) businesses responded to
the bids.
The Board felt that to save our
organization money, our best choice would be
Mossman’s.
