Who We Are

REOKC is a non-profit organization established in response to the desires of former employees of Kern County and those on the threshold of retirement, to be the watchdog to preserve and protect the benefits earned by and promote a worry free retirement for all retired employees of Kern County. The general purpose of the REOKC shall be to provide a central coordinated group through which the benefits earned while working and through negotiations by its members may be protected and advanced, to maintain the purchasing power for retirees and their beneficiaries, and to encourage the continued productivity of retired Kern County employees to the mutual benefit of its members and the community.
